Fund claims there are voting irregularities of about 10,000 votes in Dane County which includes Madison, the state capital as well as the University of Wisconsin. It's by far the strongest county for Democrats in Wisconsin. Kloppenberg received 73% of the votes in Dane County. Here is Fund's rationale behind the fraud claim.
"Apparently there were up 10,000 ballots in Dane that just voted on the Supreme Court race," Fund said, "which is bizarre because there was an extremely close race for mayor of Madison an extremely close race for Dane County Executive."
Firstly it is fairly normal for the top contest in an election to have more votes cast than other races down the ticket. The vote for Dane County executive wasn't exactly close. Joe Parisi, the Democratic candidate in the race for County Executive won with 70% of the vote, not exactly close. About 10,000 less votes were cast for that race. A lot less votes were cast in the Madison mayor's race which was decided by less than a percent. Firstly, the mayoral race was contested by two liberals and doesn't the cretinous Fund realize that not all Dane County residents live in Madison and couldn't have voted in the mayoral election.
Secondly, there was no way in hell Parisi was going to lose the election in a Democratic stronghold like Madison so it's very possible 10,000 voters, about 5% of the votes cast in Madison voted in the Supreme Court race but not in County Executive race, knowing that every vote for Kloppenberg was critical.
Fund is a creep with a very sordid past with women but that hasn't stopped him from anything, least of all alleging all sorts of conspiracies, particularly of the electoral kind whenever a close election goes the other way.

13,000 votes for Al Franken found in the trunk of a car at the last minute and presto chango.
Naw Dems don't cheat do they?
Especially when the Democrats were foaming at the mouth and smearing a good man in Judge Prosser who happened to be a Republican in order to pack the court with a bought and paid for inexperienced leftist Justice who everyone knows today how she would vote. We vote for you...you side with us.
Kind of like the money laundering scheme between unions and Democrats. Money moves back and forth between them. Hmmmm
Oh, boo-hoo-hoo, a Republican was 'smeared' in an election and Republicans never ever do that. And about those 13,000 votes in the trunk o a car. I googled it and the number of disputed votes was 32 which somehow has grown to 13,000. Nothing was ever proved in what was a chaotic situation because so many votes were cast. In the end, some of those 32 votes went to Coleman anyway. Get your facts straight but then Fox News has proved to be factually challenged over and over again but you wouldn't know that if Fox and right wing blogs is your only source of news.
Typical head-in-the-sand liberal.
"Nothing was ever proved" OJ said that. Himmler said that. It's what you do if you can't proclaim your innocence.
Typical, prove that something that never happened actually happened. BTW OJ was guilty as hell. Can you even show me that the number of votes in question was 13,000 instead of 32?
It wasn't 13,000. It was enough to win the election brought in at the last minute out a "car trunk." Amazingly fortunate for Al Franken (D)MN Comedian.
Later discovered that 341 felons in heavy Dem districts voted in the election illegally.
PAC...perfect..Boo hoo for smearing a good man is your true character on display. Before all this Wisconsin hoopla he was respected by both Dem's and Rep's and won re-election overwhelmingly. Because the leftist's couldn't definitively count on a vote for them they put up this inexperienced leftist prosecutor lackey to ASSURE them she will vote their way. So what if a man is smeared and his career is ruined by astroturf outrage on couple of incident, one of which was 30 years ago and was reported like a tabloid story without context.
Alinsky tactic in practice:
RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)
RULE 12: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
Also this liberal lie.
"The ends justify the means."
Pox - C'mon, both parties do it and have been doing it for years. I don't want to waste my time citing instances. The pity is that neither party believes in dealing with reality in solving our countries' problems which are huge these day and please don't tell me it's all Obama's fault. Prosser may very well be a good man but before Walker brought all the attention on to himself, Prosser's campaign stated clearly that he was there to support Walker's policies. Personally Judges should be apolitical appointees, not elected candidates because it then it inevitably descends into a partisan race. Judges are supposed to judge not prefer one ideology over another. The U.S. is the only country in the world that elects judges.
I know we are worlds apart ideologically (though not as much as you might think0 but I want to as you one question. It's about 16.896 in Walker's Budget Repair Bill. Look it up. I guarantee if a Democrat tried that, the right would be screaming about it.
