Another aspect of the Arizona Immigration Bill

Disallows officials or agencies of the state or political subdivisions from adopting or implementing policies that limit immigration enforcement to less than the full extent permitted

by federal law, and allows a person to bring an action in superior court to challenge an official or agency that does so.

It's a given that every local police department will be sued by some idiot who believes not enough is being done to round up illegals. The only occupation that's going to profit out of this whole thing are lawyers.

Towns will go broke or have to raise taxes defending lawsuits.

Never mind the intent of the law, this Bill has been so badly thought out it is going to cause a slew of unintended consequences no one took the brains or the time to figure out.
