Shared paid excludes the wealthy and corporations but hurts everyone else, especially public education. We know about Michigan and Wisconsin. In Georgia taxes are being lowered for the wealthy while basics like food will be subject to sales tax for the first time ever.
In all cases the excuse is budget shortfalls but this is a big fat lie but the tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy wipe out any potential savings. The result is average citizens will spend less and ultimately budget shortfalls will only increase.
