Republicans say US corporation's can't create jobs because they pay 35% of profits in taxes.
Except that two out of three of the top 500 corporations paid no taxes last year
Obama to the rescue says we can't let corporations ship jobs and profits overseas and not have them pay taxes.
Obama hires Jeff Immelt as chairman of his outside panel of economic advisers. Immelt was the CEO of General Electric.
