Sen Mike Lee (R-UT) - Child labor laws unconstitutional

Tea Party favorite Lee claimed that child labor laws are unconstitutional in a Youtube lecture. Seeing that the GOP are hellbent on destroying public education we might as well put those indolent kids of people who can't afford private schooling to work. I hear the coal mines are hiring again.
