Sen. John Kyl (R-AZ) - Harry Reid disrespects Christians

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has suggested that the Senate might have to bring the Senate back after Christmas and before the New Year to wrap up business. The reason they might have to do that is because the GOP has blocked all legislation in the Senate until the tax deal is signed.

"It is impossible to do all of the things that the majority leader laid out," Kyl said today, "frankly, without disrespecting the institution and without disrespecting one of the two holiest of holidays for Christians and the families of all of the Senate, not just the senators themselves but all of the staff."

One of the things the GOP has blocked is the extension of unemployment insurance for over 2 million Americans who stopped receiving their checks on December 1st. At best, they will start getting their checks after Christmas. For more than 2 million Americans and their families its already a truly shitty Christmas, short of money and with no guarantee that their benefits will be extended.

That doesn't seem to bother the very Christian Senator Kyl. What a self righteous ignorant turd! A lot of Americans who are lucky enough to have a job, work on Christmas day as well as during the week between Christmas and New Year.

As a Jew I do not officially believe in heaven or hell but I sure as shit hope that a special place in hell is reserved for assholes like Sen. Kyl who wears his Christianity on his sleeve but doesn't follow Christian ideals on which the religion was founded. I believe Jesus had a thing or two to say about hypocrites like him. Let him stew in eternal hell so he can reflect on what a worthless piece of shit he is. I have this vision of the look on the faces of people like Kyl, who, when the pass on to the other side fully expected to be rewarded with a place in heaven only to find just the opposite.
