A few states have tried to rule that the health care reform bill is unconstitutional and have failed. Virginia's ultra conservative Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli filed a similar suit and succeeded thanks to Judge Henry Hudson.
It's no surprise considering Judge Hudson owns part of a GOP consulting firm that actively campaigned against health care reform.
Can a judge even own part of a company that is actively engaged in politics and surely if the company was involved in campaigning against the very matter that Hudson was ruling on represents a clear conflict of interest?
Not when you're a Republican seems to be the correct answer.
