Wisconsin's Gov. Scott Walker engineered the fiscal crisis to destroy the unions

The media, and in particular Fox News have conveniently lied about Wisconsin's so called 'fiscal crisis.'

The previous Democratic administration had left Wisconsin with a $121 million budget surplus. Newly elected GOP governor Scott Walker wiped that out and then some with a series of tax breaks and spending initiatives designed to enrich is supported while doing hardly anything to 'create jobs' which was the central tenet of his campaign.
