With God on her side part II

If Christine O'Donnell wins the election in Delaware she will be seated in the Senate immediately because it is a special election to replace Joe Biden who resigned the Senate seat to become Vice President. She won't have to wait until January to be sworn in with the other Congressional and Senate winners.

In an inte4rview with the Christian Broadcast Network she once again spoke about doing 'God's work' especially because she could become the 41at Republican Senator to filibuster any legislation, in particular the dispute over tax cuts for the top tier income earners. Here is what she said.
God continued to strengthen and empower us when, you know, His strength is perfected in our weakness, and that’s what’s exciting. Because you see that, if it weren’t for faith—when all logic said it’s time to quit—we pursued; we marched on, because we knew that God was not releasing us to quit.

And now, with such an important lame duck session, you realize why we were to endure that stuff. [...]

I could be that 41st vote, making sure that they don’t get 60 votes, and that we can continue the filibuster to make sure that this backroom deal wheeling and dealing doesn’t succeed.

Here is what the Bible says,

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
