That's the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that covers teas, Louisiana and Mississippi. The court is so 'oil friendly' most of the judges had to recuse themselves for either having too many investments in the oil industry or had represented oil companies there weren't enough judges to hear the case.
Buried deep in the oil friendly bill is the requirement that all cases dealing with oil go to the 5th court. Fortunately, it won't make it out of the Senate. It seems the limited rumbling from some in the GOP about cutting oil subsidies was all blather. When it comes down to it, they all obediently line up 100% behind the oil industry.
My un solicited advice to the Republicans is keep it up. When the Democrats get bored of attacking you on trying to kill Medicare/Grandma/the elderly they can switch to attacking you on you for having your retarded craniums firmly inserted deep in the bowels o big oil because the average American is just so happy to be paying over $4 a gallon for gas.
