Boehner and the GOP have decided that the bill to repeal Health Care Reform will not adhere to the transparency rules the GOP have created for themselves.
"I promised a more open process," Boehner said. "I didn't promise that every single bill was going to be an open bill."
There you have it. Transparency is optional and will only happen when we want it.
