The First Amendment is no longer operational

It never ceases to amaze me that the GOP/Tea Party shows so much reverence to the constitution except when they want to change it or ignore it. Take the 1st Amendment for example. Freedom of religion obviously doesn't apply to the 'not really a mosque, not really at Ground Zero', despite the fact that the Imam in question was chosen by none other than George W. to head up the administration's Muslim outreach program in the wake of 9/11.

Sharif El-Gamal is the type of Muslim Bin Laden and the Jihadists loathe even more than they do the West and America. Instead of religious tolerance, the founding principle of America, those babbling morons on the right are only ploughing the same ground as radical Islam. No good can come of it.
