The "War on Sanity" is spreading

Sen. Lindsay Graham has been known to show flashes of sanity. He even voted for Sonia Sotomayor which pissed off a lot of Republicans. Lucky for them he wasn't up for election this year or he would have lost the Primary to a Palin approved constitutional expert.

Graham seems to be a little concerned that we only have one war going on right now. He wants "bold" action, "not to just neutralize their nuclear program, but to sink their navy, destroy their air force and deliver a decisive blow to the Revolutionary Guard, in other words neuter that regime." We're talking a full out war and invasion to do that. Why not? Iraq worked out just great, we won.

Iran shouldn't cost more than $1 trillion, two at tops.

Graham is also itching for a trade war with China because China are keeping the value of the Yuan low causing a fair sized trade imbalance. Neither Europe nor the
U.S. are too happy about that especially after Japan, Colombia and a few other countries have cheapened the value of their currency, hoping to export their way out of the downturn.

Taking some time out of blaming Obama for the economic downturn to blame China instead quite prevalent in the recent elections. A trade war with China is a popular idea right now. Michael Bloomberg was scathing today when he said;

"If you look at the U.S., you look at who we're electing to Congress, to the Senate--they can't read," he said. "I'll bet you a bunch of these people don't have passports."

"I think in America, we've got to stop blaming the Chinese and blaming everybody else and take a look at ourselves,"

Duh.

China owns more of America's foreign debt than anyone. So we'll borrow a trillion or so to invade Iran and then start a trade war with them.

What is it with these people and their War on Sanity.
